This cancellation policy applies to all furniture and home items purchased through the VINTAGE OUTDOORS LLC online store in the United States. It covers orders for chairs, tables, cabinets, and related accessories. This policy distinguishes between preshipment and postshipment cancellation rules.
2. PreShipment Cancellation
Customers may cancel their orders freely at any time after payment confirmation before the order is shipped. Preshipment cancellation requires no product return, and we will issue a full refund directly to the original payment method. No shipping fees will be charged.
3. Packaging Requirements
Item Condition Requirement: Returned goods must be brand new, unused, with intact original packaging and all complete accessories for processing. Products must be kept in original packaging or equivalent packaging to prevent damage.
4. Cancellation Time and Shipping Cost
For orders that have already been shipped, direct cancellation is not supported. You may submit a cancellation request within 14 days of receiving the products without providing any reason.
All return shipping costs are covered by us, and prepaid shipping labels will be provided for free.
